Get your holiday shopping done with Vancouver Island artisans and vendors at the Crown Isle Christmas Market! Join us on Sunday, November 22 from 10:00am – 5:00pm in the Crown Isle Clubhouse to check out this festive market. Vendors are spread out through the Silver and Copper rooms upstairs, as well as the Ballroom on the main level.

 

Vendor applications are now open! Please apply using the form below. Our events team will be responding to all applications on September 11. Our goal with the Crown Isle Christmas Market it to highlight the quality of craftsmanship and skilled artisans from the Comox Valley and Vancouver Island, with a variety of product offerings for our visitors. Vendor approval is not based on order of submission, and previous inclusion doesn’t necessarily guarantee a spot.ย

Please note we try to space vendors throughout the venue to have a good balance of products offered, along with optimal booth configurations in our three main conference spaces. Payment will be due once your spot has been approved.ย Cancellations made anytime prior to 2 weeks before the market date will receive their full booth fee refunded. A 50% refund will be given for up to one week prior and NO refunds issued for cancellations made with less then one week of the market date.
