Golfers’ Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct is a guideline that participants (members
and guests) are expected to follow while participating on the golf course,
practice areas, club house, parking lots, or other Crown Isle Resort grounds.
The Code of Conduct requires that you:
1) will
check in at the Pro Shop and begin play as instructed by the Starter or Pro
Shop.
2) will
act with integrity and adhere to the Rules of Golf, being honest in all aspects
of play.
3) will
demonstrate respect for Crown Isle staff, volunteers, officials, and fellow
golfers.
4) will
adhere to the dress code during golf rounds, practice, and while in club house
areas.
5) will
show consideration to others by playing at an acceptable speed of play, keeping
pace with group in front, looking out for the safety of others, and not
distracting the play of another player.
6) will
show consideration towards the grounds by replacing divots, smoothing bunkers,
repairing ball-marks, and not causing unnecessary damage to the course.
7) will
refrain from using abusive or profane language.
8) will
refrain from displays of temper including vandalism, club throwing, bullying,
harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.
9) will
obey the rules regarding any power cart usage.
10) will
demonstrate conduct becoming of a Crown Isle member.
It is our intention that everyone
who has the good fortune to play Crown Isle Golf Course truly enjoys their
round, whether it be as a member, guest, or visitor. Â This Code of Conduct is intended to ensure
that this is the case for both the occasional and regular player.
Crown Isle Resort reserves the
right to prohibit the use of the club and course facilities for non-compliance
of these rules.
