DISHWASHER
Our Dishwashers are the backbone of the kitchen — keeping things running smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the Culinary Team by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a positive attitude behind the scenes. This is a great entry-level opportunity to join the hospitality industry and grow your skills in a professional kitchen environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep dish area and kitchen spaces clean and organized, assist with garbage and recycling duties as needed
- Support chefs and cooks by ensuring a steady supply of clean tools
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Guest Services Agent
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face of Crown Isle Resort & Golf Community. You’ll assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, answer questions about our resort and amenities, manage room and golf reservations, and provide helpful, friendly service throughout their stay. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating great first impressions and making people feel at home.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with a warm and professional welcome
- Handle phone and email inquiries
- Process reservations and payments accurately
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A positive, customer-first attitude
- Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not required

Banquet Server – Banquets & Events
Our Banquet Servers play a key role in creating memorable moments for weddings, conferences, and celebrations at Crown Isle. Help bring Crown Isle’s special events to life!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide friendly, professional service during weddings, banquets, and special events
- Set up tables, linens, glassware, and décor according to event plans
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and with care
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure everyone feels welcome and well cared for
- Work closely with the Banquet Captain and Event Coordinator to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in event spaces before, during, and after service
- Follow all safety and service standards to uphold Crown Isle’s reputation for excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and team spirit
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require
- Previous banquet or restaurant experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train enthusiastic individuals.
