A Credit Card is required for all room stays and bookings. A pre-authorization will be required at check in for each room night plus tax and $150 incidental charge for the duration of your stay.
A pre-authorization is not a charge, rather a hold. Visa Debit Cards, Prepaid Gift Cards or Cash deposits will not be accepted as a credit card for pre-authorizations.
As Crown Isle is a cannabis-free resort, please refrain from smoking cannabis anywhere on the property. Tobacco smoking is permitted in designated parking lot areas and is not permitted in rooms, on patios, or balconies.
A $250.00 fee will be applied to your folio if there is evidence of smoking in or around the room, or if lingering odors of tobacco or cannabis are detected. Please be mindful of smoking bans during dry or hot conditions. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy, which helps protect the comfort of other guests, neighboring homeowners, and the surrounding forest ecosystem.
