I agree that my membership is nontransferable at any time and does not confer upon me any ownership interest of Crown Isle. I have read and understood the description outlining privileges unique to the membership category I have chosen as indicated below. I promise to hold Crown Isle Resort free and harmless from any claims of any nature whatsoever that may arise using power golf cart operation or otherwise. I agree to pay for any damage done to the golf course and power carts for the duration of this agreement for any actions on my part. Appropriate conduct is always expected. Non-Compliance may result in withdrawal of privileges at the discretion of the club with no refund. All Memberships are non-refundable. Except for new members, Membership upgrades and downgrades will not be accepted, therefore please choose the membership best suited to you and your playing requirements.
